Meet your Healer...

Massage therapy and body work has played a big part in my life as a receiver. Not until much later in my journey did I ever think that I was meant to be a practitioner. Through my role as a yoga teacher I was led to this path with the encouragement and support of my students and peers. Once I started massage school things started to fall into place for me unlike they had before. The body and mind are so deeply connected and I have spent over two decades exploring that through movement and meditation. Massage and body work is a perfect extension of that work. Using my experience and knowledge from the yoga world my own personal experience with trauma, PTSD and chronic pain I feel well equipped and grounded in my foundation to help guide people to a place of peace and ease in the body and mind. Through nurturing touch, massage, and assisted stretching we can work on lower stress and discomfort.
I also offer private yoga classes, meditation guidance and the opportunity to experience sound healing whether it be for you alone or with your chosen group.
I've spent my life seeking adventure and experiences around the world. After years of roaming my husband and I have settled here in Washington state with our two dogs and two cats so we can stay close to nature and still have access to music culture and community.
When not out in the woods I love to cook, create art, enjoy others art, goof off with friends or snuggle down with a hot cacao and a great film or book.
